Smith House was built around 1886 and has been student and general accommodation since that time. All rooms have internet connection, television, refrigerator, and fresh linen is supplied. Most are single rooms, however there are some double and self contained flats available. Small kitchens have been installed around the building so that all rooms have easy access to a kitchen.
